In-person sessions are available within Germany and offer the opportunity for deeper experiential work, especially for teams who value being physically together.
Online sessions are equally powerful and provide flexibility for teams located elsewhere, remote teams, or groups working across different locations. Online coaching allows everyone to join from anywhere while still benefiting from the full structure, tools, and impact of the program.
