Hello, my name is Giovanna MacNiven – welcome to I’MPOSSIBLE, my positive psychology coaching and resilience practice.

My journey in psychology, coaching and resilience stems from a lifelong passion for well-being and human potential. Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in studying human relations and the science of flourishing, cultivating a deep appreciation for the transformative power of positive psychology and its impact on our everyday lives. 

A career rooted in connection and engagement

With over 20 years of experience in internal communications, I’ve dedicated my career to enhancing engagement, morale, and well-being within organizations. I have organized events that foster community and belonging, and written numerous well-being articles that support mental health.

Helping individuals and teams thrive

As a positive psychology coach and resilience trainer, I now bring this background to my work with individuals and organizations, helping them strengthen resilience, purpose, and life satisfaction. My approach is grounded in evidence-based strategies that empower people to flourish at work and in life.

My qualifications include a degree in Psychology, a qualification in Applied Positive Psychology, and certifications as an Applied Positive Psychology Coach (for individuals and teams). I am also a Certified Resilience Trainer, supporting individuals and teams in building strength and adaptability in the face of life’s challenges.
