Meet the Elephants in the Room – online resilience training

This program consists of one-hour sessions carefully crafted to strengthen your mental and emotional resilience. You will gain practical tools and strategies you can apply immediately to navigate 4 often-unspoken challenges: worries, self-judgment, mind-body connection, and negative emotions.

Together, we will explore the science behind these topics, understand their impact on daily life, and discover how positive psychology can transform them into opportunities for growth and wellbeing. While we, as human beings, may be wired to struggle, it doesn’t have to stay that way.

 
We will cover the following 4 topics:
  •  🐘 NEGATIVE EMOTIONS: did you know that the average life span of an emotion in the body is only 90 seconds? It is our thoughts that make them linger. This session will help you understand the relation between thoughts and emotions, manage “sticky” emotions like anger, guilt, shame, embarrassment, or sadness, and what triggers you and others into the emotional brain. You will leave with tools to navigate negative emotions and improve communication.
